The West Pennine Moors is an upland area covering 90 square miles of southern Lancashire, butressed by Bolton, Chorley and Blackburn, hugley popular in the local area for many activities, including walking.
This site is designed to give an insight into the history of the area, and provide a database of walks in the area, for both recreation and Duke Of Edinburgh Award expeditions,
